This Eating With Intent nutrition consultation package was developed specifically for couples, to help you forge the healthiest path forward, together! Under the guidance of a Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach, you’ll learn which changes will have the most impact (and why), how to eat with intent in support of your goals, as well as how to account for any differences in nutritional needs, food preferences, activity levels, or schedules.  

This Month-long Couples Package includes four weekly video consultations with a Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach (local couples have the option of meeting in person). 

What’s included in this Eating With Intent Couples Package?

Consultations will address the following in general, tailored to your specific goals and current lifestyle:

  • Current lifestyle, health status, nutritional strengths and weaknesses
  • Calorie and macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fat) needs, food choices, appropriate portions, and timing of meals and snacks
  • Meal planning, preparation and/or shopping strategies
  • Fueling for athletic pursuits, if relevant
  • Actionable input with steps you can take right away
  • Progress towards goals, as well as any challenges encountered, or changes in circumstances
  • Food logging, and reviews of the food logs, if appropriate in support of your goals

 

*A prerequisite for this particular package, is that you and your partner must reside in the same household, have mutual lifestyle goals (ie want to eat healthier, feel better, have more energy, get active, etc) and be available as a couple, for the scheduled consultations with your Nutritionist/Health Coach

In this unique couples package you’ll have built in accountability to each other, yet impartial accountability as a couple!
