I believe that education and consistency are the keys to success in reaching health related goals. When you understand the “why” behind recommended changes, then consistency becomes easier.  Consistency is what leads to changes that can be maintained over time. My goal is to help you reach your goals, and establish new habits that will serve you well beyond the time we work together!

Eating With Intent is all about Eating Well, for GOOD!

Eating is Easy. Figuring out how to eat optimally is tough. My business is all about helping to make it easier, so you can achieve your goals, for good!

Eating is easy. Eating well is tough – and a lot harder than it needs to be. I find that when people understand how to truly fuel their bodies, they flourish – not just physically, but mentally too! Energy levels and focus improve.  So does body composition and fitness. Long term health markers change dramatically. The scale becomes an afterthought.  They start to feel truly empowered! THAT is why I do what I do! Feeling empowered is a gift that everyone should experience, especially when it comes to nutrition, fitness, and longevity.  I strive to teach people what their body truly needs. How much to eat, how often, and which lifestyle changes will have the most profound effect, not just to reach their goals, but for good!
